The Office of International Nuclear Security (INS)

Challenge: Create awareness of INS and its objectives and strategies to lead U.S. international efforts to prevent theft and sabotage of nuclear materials and facilities worldwide.

Solution: TWP led facilitated meetings and worked closely with leadership to develop a new brand, including logo and icons to support communications materials that were developed for internal and external audiences. TWP also developed a communications strategy to unify messaging, defining strategies to position INS as an international lead. A number of communications tools were developed for outreach including one-sheeters, brochures, PowerPoint templates, and modular briefs for customization.

Result: The new INS brand was embraced Office-wide and unified the team in its communications and outreach efforts.
